District Leadership Group
ADLG is a consortium of the leadership of the active District Leadership Groups (“District Groups”). ADLG provides a forum to share ideas, advocate where appropriate on specific issues, and share best practices with District Groups and their neighborhood leaders. ADLG will support neighborhood development, policies, agendas, and interests of district residents and develop neighborhood leaders and leadership skills.
The purpose of the All District Leadership Group is to strengthen two-way communication between neighborhoods, government agencies, and representatives and build a stronger sense of community within all Districts in the City of San Jose.
